I've been lucky enough to not find any critters in my new room until two days ago, when I noticed something out of the corner of my eye...
There's a first for everything, right? So here's the little frog I found in my bathroom.
In other news, we had our last acro yoga class today. Acro yoga is fun, but hard on the body, and my joints were really bothering me today so I was feeling so frustrated that I couldn't do half the things asked of us. I was used a demo though and got to do something really cool that didn't hurt any wrists:
I'm balancing on her foot here, and she told me to put my elbow to my leg and rest my chin in my hand as if I were contemplating life haha.
Our schedule is jam packed this week. Starting tomorrow, groups of us will be walking around the room doing assists and adjustments instead of the asana practice to get hands on experience. This will be huge for me because I am so scared to hurt anyone, that my adjustments are always really light which apparently is no good. Other things on the schedule that I remember from glancing at it an hour ago: a two hour Ayurveda class, a 2 hour teaching test, more Sanskrit study, and our last anatomy class.
Only a week and six more days to go! Then I'm off to Phuket for a couple days. I won't get back to Germany until March 27, one day after Greg's birthday. :( Everything was completely booked until then. So bummed it couldn't be earlier, especially in time for his birthday, but he's not big on birthdays anyway, so we can celebrate on the 27th.
